Rates

  • This is a free call to better understand your goals for treatment and to see if we are a good fit to work together.

  • This $230 session is an hour long to go over your health history and to learn more about your symptoms. A full body screening will be performed as well as other testing to determine the root cause of your symptoms. We will make a plan to address your symptoms.

  • These $200 sessions are an hour long to focus on treatment of your symptoms or focus on maintenance care to keep you feeling your best.

Why I don’t accept insurance

I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, meaning I operate on a fee-for-service basis. This model allows me to focus solely on your needs, providing a holistic, whole-body approach without the restrictions and limitations often imposed by insurance.

With my approach, you’ll have dedicated one-hour sessions that are less frequent than the shorter, more frequent appointments common in traditional clinics—where visits often overlap with other patients. This gives us uninterrupted time to dive deeply into your care, moving at a pace that’s right for you. By working outside the insurance model, we’re not restricted by authorizations, visit caps, or external guidelines, so we can address all aspects of your wellness.

Choosing this model also means you have full cost transparency upfront, helping you avoid unexpected bills. My focus on individualized care means we often achieve faster results, ultimately reducing the number of visits needed.

Medicare notice:

I do not accept Medicare. If you're covered by Medicare and looking for a provider in your area, I’m happy to help point you in the right direction. Reach out, and I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who can help.

Billing

I do not bill insurance directly, and payment is due at the time of service. However, some insurance companies offer reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy services. If you’re interested in seeking reimbursement, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider before scheduling to confirm your benefits and understand any potential out-of-pocket costs.

If your insurance does offer out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide the necessary paperwork to help you submit a claim.

Physical therapy services with me are also eligible for payment through FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts), making it easy to use tax-free funds for your care. This approach provides you with full cost transparency and financial flexibility.

Travel Fees

Travel fees are calculated based on time and mileage from Meredith. Please reach out for accurate rates based on your address.
