Stay active, be kind, and grow!
You deserve to be at the center of your care. That is why I only offer one-on-one care. This allows us to take an individualized approach to your goals.
Human first, period.
I couldn’t treat in the traditional insurance model that puts the bottom line over the individual, so I built my own model. You are not your diagnosis or a single body part when you work with me. You’re a mosaic of experiences, thoughts, perceptions, and physical abilities that make you an individualized human. All of this plays a part in how I will treat you, and how you will respond to treatment.
Kaylee Pobocik, PT, DPT, ATC
I help active individuals just like you, get back to doing what you love, so that you can push yourself and your goals to the next level.
As a movement specialist, I’ve honed my skills in sports & orthopedic injuries, and the active female. Prior to starting my own business, I gained experience in the industry working as an outpatient physical therapist, and an athletic trainer with extensive experience with orthopedic injuries. I want to keep you active with the movement that fuels you!
I consider myself a lifelong learner. There will always be more to learn and I become reinvigorated to do this work by continuing to grow my knowledge base. Since finishing my degrees, I’ve continued my education by taking courses in biomechanics, the pelvic floor, orthopedic injuries, and dry needling.
I’ve been an athlete for most of my life–although it’s looked a little different in recent years, as I no longer participate in organized sports. Depending on the time of year, you will typically find me climbing the summit of a 4000-footer, descending the mountain on some fresh powder, paddling on the lake, or navigating the backcountry. My passion lies in the outdoors.
